All of our Care, Comprehensive and Total Recovery packages are quoted on a fixed-price basis. Once your personalised treatment plan is agreed and you have signed the care agreement, the price is locked for the duration of the programme.
Yes. We are recognised by all major UK insurers including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and Cigna. Our billing team will liaise directly with your insurer on your behalf.
We offer interest-free payment plans over 6 or 12 months for all packages above £1,000. A small deposit is taken at the time of booking and the remaining balance is spread equally across the agreed term.
Our charitable bursary scheme provides partial or full funding for qualifying patients. Applications are assessed confidentially by our patient support team — speak to us at any stage and we will guide you through the process.
Absolutely. Many patients begin with Essential Care and upgrade as their clinical needs evolve. We simply adjust the billing to reflect the remaining stages of the new plan — no penalty fees apply.
